Through the integration of various models and techniques, clients can expect a more personalised therapeutic experience.
Telephone therapy offers a convenient and effective way to receive mental health support. You can have sessions from anywhere, making it perfect for busy schedules and those in remote areas. It’s also more affordable and eliminates travel costs. Many find it less intimidating than face-to-face sessions, allowing for greater comfort and privacy. Plus, research shows it’s just as effective as in-person therapy for many conditions.
Video therapy has emerged as a highly effective and convenient way to receive mental health support. Studies show that it can be just as beneficial as traditional in-person therapy, especially for treating conditions like depression, anxiety and panic disorders. With video therapy, you can enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own home while still having face-to-face interactions with your therapist. This approach not only saves time and travel costs but also reduces the stigma often associated with seeking help. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, video therapy has gained immense popularity and continues to deliver promising results, making it a practical and accessible option for many.
