As a therapist in private practice, I cannot provide emergency services. If you require immediate assistance due to a mental health crisis or emergency, there are a number of services dedicated to helping you during this period. I have listed some that may be helpful below:
If you are worried about your own or someone else’s mental health, call the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly 24/7 NHS mental health response line on 0800 038 5300. It's free to access by anyone, any age, any time, day or night.
NHS 111
Get advice from 111 or ask for an urgent GP appointment if you need help urgently for your mental health, but it's not an emergency or you're not sure what to do. You may be able to speak to a nurse, or mental health nurse, over the phone.
A GP can advise you about helpful treatments and help you access mental health services.
